This video couldn’t have come at a better time for me! I am always sitting because I drive a lot and I have another long road trip scheduled, unfortunately I have horrible sciatic nerve pain all the time! I’m definitely going to try this exercise! Thank you so much!

My goodness Dr. Mandel. You have really hit the nail right on the head with this one. I have been dealing with hip and lower back pain on my left side, all due from sitting and leaning to one side. This has gone on for 6mo and has caused all kinds of havoc on my sciatic nerve and muscles around the hip area. I went to a chiropractor, but the adjustment wasn't enough. I went to physical therapy, but the stretches given mainly focused on stretching the piriformis and hip flexors. I finally went to another chiropractor and he seemed to under the problem, but the adjustment that he gave me plus the electric shock therapy was only good for a couple of days. Now your stretch really targets the affected area. Immediately I felt it just releasing the tightness. Doc you are a true blessing. I am so thankful for all the videos you post. May God almighty continue to bless you as you continue to bless millions of people! 🙏🙂❤

Dr. Alan Mandell, you clip of releasing the low back pains comes at the right time because I just had such a pain out of sitting on a low chair while taking dinner, and after applying your latest technique of relieving the low back pain, I didn't suffer from it anymore!
