I only have one ab, but it's extremely powerful. I prefer to focus on quality rather than quantity.

Hey people, I'm Kyra and I'm 17 years old. I've felt insecure about my body for a long time now and I've never had enough motivation to work out. Until I've found cassey. I started doing different work outs 2 weeks ago and I freaking love it so much. I can already see results and I'm so happy. I'm starting to actually like my body .. I'm now in my 3 third week and I thought " because I see results why not update every day ". Be proud of yourself yall, stay strong you can do it! I did it, so why not you? :)

I couldn't finish this video without taking mini breaks here and there. I'm going to get stronger and be able to do that in the future!

Dear anyone reading this: if you don't feel happy about yourself or your body right now, you need to know that you're beautiful and someone out there is crazy about you. Smile! Life is too short to be unhappy. Changes can always be made, but accept you for you in this moment. (There's often a lot of negative body image/sad thoughts revolving around fitness videos on YouTube - I hope this helps at least one of you.)

That last plank (where we were supposedly waiting for the song to end) was KILLER! I fell twice but I got back up quickly though and pushed through, so still proud of myself :)

I work at a school. We've been in school for 3 months. I've been sick for 3 months. I also have a chronic illness that is made worse if I don't exercise. This video is my go-to when sick- it makes me feel like I have a sick buddy to workout with even when I don't feel like working out 😂 Thank you for your videos and for making them even when unwell. You and them are a godsend! 🖤
