Bringing you a great shoulder workout video that will help with shoulder mobility and shoulder strength. External rotation is key in shoulder exercises. fantastic, thank you! I'm a teacher and a high school student recently showed me he could hold an object with great strength and grip with his shoulder blades pulled behind him! it was amazing and frightening to see, but I realized that our shoulders have a great deal of flexibility, stretch and formation that we usually barely tap!

I am so glad I have found this channel! I am an on-again/off-again aerial dancer due to rotator impingement and/or tendinitis. I have done PT exercises, but, in my experience, PTs don't integrate those exercises into sport movement. They just say I am too hard on my body (insert eye roll). Thanks so much for the thorough explanations :) Much respect!

You guys are the coolest. So chill and so mellow. It’s awesome. I thank you for what you do. I’ve injured both shoulders at one point in my life. Impinged my right, and partially tore my left. It totally sucked. I’m gonna try to give these exercises a try
