I always thought he exaggerated. Even that I did it the way I was told. And I admit he was right

I love all these nuanced assessment techniques. As usual I try it but being hypermobile I didn't have any problem not having the issue. How will I ever assess myself when I can't get results from these tests?

I noticed how my second finger would not touch the flor on te planc exercise on both hands, but may left hand is even worse. I thought that I should then, try to feel the first finger on the base of the metacarpo. But If I do that, I cannot touch the Second finger.
