I know I’m super late discovering this video but I thought I’d let you know anyways that I liked it! I really appreciate you teaching ways to adapt to the poses, only thing I missed was an explanation on how to place your hands and arms so you don’t put so much weight on your wrists during poses like tabletop, otherwise great class!
