Push exercises have a focus on chest and triceps, pull on biceps & back, legs and core on.. legs and core and static exercises are whole body isometric exercises. They build up an enormous amount of strength and act as the baseline for advanced calisthenics skills such as the human flag, front lever, handstand push ups and more.
