1:17 90/90 side to side hip transfers

10 seconds hold ( 180/30/45/90° flat)


4:15 kneeling lateral Hip shifts ( 5 reps each side, 5 sec hold)



4:45 Falling Knee drops
( 5 reps each side)




5:10 kneeling rock backs
( 10 reps each side)

Kneeling lateral rotations
(10 rotations)

Kneeling front lateral rotations ( 10 rotations)



7:05 kneeling lateral shifts (5 reps, 5 secs holds)
