If one were to do these in succession regularly before training, would this be sufficient as a total body warm up or would you include other drills to complete the warm up process?

Hey Dane, please try to make a series for strength training related to different sports.(ie. Football, basketball, baseball, tennis, cricket)etc.

Appreciate this channel! I suffered a torn calf and torn hamstring last season then popped my lower back out moving a bench in the gym 😂 I’m praying these exercises and your advice on exercises (Olympic/compound/optometric) will help me this upcoming season! I’ve neglected plyo workouts for years, would you advise doing these once a week or is 2-3x better? I generally only workout 3x a week anyway. 180kg bench/245kg deadlift/225kg squat before the injuries

6. too stiff right now as my daily workout[legs] was 4 hrs ago
5. i do this one all the time, has great improved my squatting mobilty
4. i do a similar thoracic mobility exercise with a roller where i lay on the roller and go thu a full range of motion backwards, vertabra by vertabrea
