3) Sleep( high quality).

Formal gym workouts like lifting weights and doing actual cardio are both great. But it's general daily movement that matters most.

1) Go for multiple walks daily.
2) Climb stairs daily.
3) If an errand is close, go on foot.
4) Park further away.
5) Stand more.
6) Work in stretching/mobility stuff.

A good practice is sprinkling in bouts of general activity after every 1-2hrs of sitting/laying on a daily basis year round. If you do this year round and formally exercise with weights/cardio 3-4x per week, you'll be doing great. 💯

I found out that I have to drink 11 to 16 cups of water a day. If so, you should drink it because it can maintain your enjoin. and people with advanced social groups found early mortality rates as low as 50%. Once again, I realized how important is and I thought I should be nice to them. I also know that sleeping 7-9 hours is good for your health, so it would be perfect if you just keep these well. -10702-

excuse me while i approach 30 and do thing my contemplate what i could have done in life while i drink my second 18 pack this week while taking a 50+ multi vitamin with my greasy breakfast and half gallon of coffee before i go for my 3 day a week mile run after smoking a joint. i also have no friends outside of work because they live an hour from me
