Quick Fix for Sciatica

Sciatica is painful, but there are a couple of exercises you can do to relieve pain pretty quickly. If you have pain in your glutes, that might even radiate down your leg, it's likely your tight muscles are irritating a nerve. Try these exercises several times a day for the best results and get rid of this annoying pain.

Relief! Thank You! I have been doing this consistently for the past 5 days. It's working. I thought I was going to have to quit my job and give my kids up for adoption! I'm serious! I was completely helpless and pathetic because of this pain. I thank you for making this video.

this video just changed my life, I 23 and developed mild sciatica about 2 years ago. about 6 months ago I ended up with a severe occurrence when I vent over wrong and ended up nearly paralyzed for 2 days, barely able to walk for about a week and in continuous pain after that for another 2 weeks. it was nearly a month before the pain went down to a dull level. I leave for vacation in 3 days and just got back from california 2 days ago from a work convention. it was a 3 day convention and a 23 hour drive one way. I bent over to grab something and felt that twinge of pain like I felt 6 months ago and panicked and immediately played down because I was scared of worsening it like last time. I played in bed and just tried to sleep but after failing decided to Google and hope for the best and ended up here. I can now sit up and roll over in bed without wincing in pain, thank you so much for posting this video. I'll definitely be doing this often from now on.

Physical Therapist says EXCELLENT INSTRUCTIONS! I teach this to all my back patients that don't have issues that might get worse if they do it...diagnosis is crucial to rule out what we call contraindications. Good job Steve.

I've struggled with sciatica for years and recently I've had a lot of pain on the left side and I was looking for remedies and came across this video I did it while I was sitting at work and it worked immediately thank you so much for sharing

My word! Instant relief and back to normal in 24 hours. I was crippled with pain and could barely walk. My GP said I had sciatica but couldn't identify a cause, and arranged for me to have physiotherapy. I had previously tried jogging (I'm 66) for the first time in +25 years and, as a consequence, I probably had Piriformis Syndrome. But this was a self-diagnosis. Thank you so much and from now on I'll stick to cycling.

Wow, just this helped soo much.  I started having these problems a couple of weeks.  My leg is still tingly when I sit, but it's not hurting.  I am only 33 and this is definitely a wake up call to lose weight and exercise.  I'm going for a walk!

It's a great stretch. I had a floating pain around my hip muscles, sciatic nerve, hamstring and even the calves. I came across a video for an elevated pigeon yoga pose that helped. And finally came up with doing it seated instead. That definately did the trick after a week in pain and taking pain pills for three of those nights, it cleared right up.

I've had sciatic nerve pain third trimester of pregnancy and three yrs later I still suffer from it. Its sucks but I find this stretching method very helpful. thank you!!
