It's easy to blame your age, but it's way too early!

Why you're not losing weight has nothing to do with your age and it's all about your lifestyle. You'll learn why you are not losing weight, including the best biohack for weight loss.

Not losing weight in your 30s and 40s? Maybe you aren't as mindful of the calories you're consuming as you need to be. You need a calorie deficit to lose weight or to lose fat. And most people are consuming too much and not expending enough energy.

I find being around others that don't have a healthy lifestyle most difficult. I live in the South and food is a comfort and love language to some. My husband is trying to gain weight and I love food alot. It's so difficult

portion size is a huuuge mistake I've made. I wasn't overweight when I started int fasting, basically for a year I ate 1 time in a day (yes, one big meal in 24 hrs) and guess what, I gained 10 lbs. How??? I was super hungry for most of the day, then I ate a huge portion of food. I use int fasting to deal with panic attacks and anxiety, not for weight loss but it is quite possible to gain weight even if you're literally fasting for 23 hrs a day. Portion size is the key guys!!!

I don't know how old you are, but you look young and beautiful. At least I can tell you been practicing what you are telling us. I'm working on keeping my weight down. I do notice my metabolism has slowed down at my age.

These tips are also for any age…what about why my lifestyle that worked in my twenties (tracking, counting, working out, sleep, etc) isn’t working in my thirties???

This all makes perfect sense especially with overeating on weekends, and not getting enough sleep. TY for pointing that out! It’s all about balance.

Eating too much is what I struggle with. I'm a big guy that likes big meals...but I'm getting better :)

Now that I have a 2 year old, I'm finding it impossible to lose weight since I work from home and I'm not getting enough sleep ever. I walk everyday and I'm trying to do pelvic floor workouts. I also don't eat that poorly and I keep sugar to a minimum. I used to be on really strict diet because I had gastrointestinal health issues.

I'm guilty of all those things 🤣 Thank you for your help. I've been trying to lose weight by trying different diets and now I see why it's not working.

I stay on a farm far from the city n i think what has helped me loose weight is no access to a lot of these processed fooc most of the food i eat is from my garden e.g sweet potatoes tomatoes corn vegetables etc. I lost so much weight from 105 to 79 kilos but suddenly the weight loss has stopped n hasn't moved for about 6 months i wabt to weigh 70 kilos...i dont know what else to do to loose weight. I do work outs but nothing is moving

does eating 5 to 6 times a day increase your blood sugar and insulin levels and production? I’m under the impression it’s not healthy whereas eating three meals a day is much better. I lift weights for about an hour, three days a week. I am strictly only wanting to lose weight and just maintain my muscle/overall health.

I AM NOT LOOKING TO BODYBUILD. That being said, It just seems like eating 5 to 6 times a day makes our organs work quicker, faster, and nonstop to a point where it’s not good for your heart and that it would increase insulin/blood sugar every time you eat something, whether it is healthy or not.

Any suggestions?

I usually only have breakfast and dinner and make sure it has enough calories for me to lose weight as well as drinking only water but I also have to squeeze in exercise and try getting a nap in every now and again 😅
