In this exercise video featuring another "THE BEST" series workout, Meredith is guiding you through a gentle routine suited best for anyone dealing with the effects of arthritis or inflammation.
Dealing with the pain that comes from arthritis and/or inflammation of the joints and muscles can be a deterrent when it comes to regular exercise. Those who have these issues can't and shouldn't do the same movements as someone who doesn't have issues caused from arthritis. This is why we felt it was important to include a workout designed specifically for dealing with this limitation and showing anyone that you too can still remain active and physical no matter what challenge you may have.
This is a seated routine/beginner level which can also be modified to standing for an extra challenge. Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don't cause any pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and keep your water close by.
