this was apparently something i needed more than i expected. i cried at the end, when you told us to put one hand on our heart and one on our stomach, because i could feel my heartbeat and the breath entering my body. i didn't realize how distant i've been from my being, from my very existence until then. not to mention, my body feels really nice after this. definitely a new subscriber. i'll be revisiting this video many times, i reckon.

I managed to lower my body down slowly in full plank during this video for the first time today! A year ago, I would just flop down after bending my arms just a bit, then I learnt to lower my body down slowly in knee plank, and today was the first time in full plank! I'm so happy because that means that I'm one step further towards full push ups. During the last 12 months I learnt to do a couple of knee push ups, but full push ups are the goal!

This stretch was amazing! Think I'll do it everyday! The ending was great, deep breathing is so easy yet makes you feel like a million dollars! Hoping you'll see this comment. I been doing your workouts for about a year now, I've been following YT workouts for a longer time and followed other awesome women, but your my absolute favorite!! Today was my first workout in a month because I found out I am pregnant and had no energy nor did I feel well to get up and get active, but today I decided to finally push through! I'll continue to use your workouts at my own pace and intensity, but I was also hoping you know of someone who has a channel of their workouts while pregnant so I can follow along with them too? I really enjoy your stuff I'm sure I'll enjoy whoever you can reccomend, hopfully you know someone 🤞🏼 🖤
