Love me a good meal prep video! You are motivating me to do this tomorrow, especially since I have a long week of late nights at school! It’s gonna be one of those “I just need to get through this week” kind of weeks. Can’t wait for the next one!

Love your meal prep ideas! I would love to see more meal prep ideas. Also, as a 20 yr teacher veteran, I still get very nervous for unannounced and announced observations. I would like to see how you prepare for them.

I absolutely love the Sparkling Ice waters. Sorry I didn't realize you hadn't discovered them. If you need a little caffeine the sparkling ice water brand does have a caffeine version of the water flavors as well. I highly recommend them all.

Happy Wednesday, Michelle! I am always here for the food videos; you are always showing us delicious meal ideas and I love it! I did well with meal prepping last year, but I am struggling at the beginning of this year with all the new changes. This video has motivated me to be more prepared and intentional with my lunches. I prep very similar stuff, too! My daughter just started gymnastics 3 days out of the week so having stuff prepped really helps with keeping things semi-routine on those nights.

Also, a pro-tip for ground meat: add diced onions, peppers, and finely chopped carrots (like make them really small, a little smaller thab the size you would want the meat crumbles to be). Just saute them for a bit to soften before adding the meat. They really help to add bulk to the meat so it seems like more, plus you're getting in some more veggies.

My husband and I quit drinking soda completely about 2 years ago and just drink the sparkling ice water if we want something different than plain water. They are so good! He likes the black cherry flavor and I like the black raspberry, luckily our local grocery store always has both flavors in stock :P

I desperately wish I could get behind cauliflower rice, I just hate the texture so much haha but I like mashed cauliflower, and I bet that would still be really good in this meal prep!
