Equipment I use on my channel:

*Please take note that calories burned vary for every individual depending on multiple factors (e.g. age, body weight, heart rate, height, effort intensity, etc). Any slight variation in any of these factors can dramatically alter the amount of calories you burn. I calculate all of my calories using an Apple Watch 4 with the High Intensity Interval Training Workout application and I am 28 years old, 5’8”, and weigh 140 lbs so you can use my few factors as well as my intensity level to gauge yourself.

Today’s workout was really tough for me to keep up, I had to rewind to keep up but I had to remind myself it’s not about being perfect it’s about showing up and staying consistent and I’ll get better with time! My legs were definitely burning and I’m covered in sweat LOL but i’ll be back tomorrow and that’s what matters! See you tomorrow Sydney! ❤️❤️

I crushed!!!! my lower belly fat is finally allowing my knees to squeeze into a perfect mountain climber!!! Good one Sydney. I really enjoyed the last part (cardio & quick 5 second transition to the abs). This is the type of cardio I look for and love doing. No rest in between. Have you considered adding: jumping over a yoga block or box; frog hops - forward & backward; or making a box with frog hops, global hops (side to side); reverse burpees or jump forward & back into a burpee; tuck jump w/pop squats; forward lunge with toe taps. I have tons of ideas for cardio moves. ; )
