Happy Tuesday! No equipment needed today! We are working on abs and cardio so you just need a sweat towel and some water! If you like workouts with no exercises repeated, this workout will be your JAM! We are working for 45 seconds and resting for 15 seconds so make sure you are ready to move! I am giving you two ab exercises followed by two cardio exercises and for every move I will give you modifications for every movement! This workout is for everyone! Let's crush it!

Equipment I use on my channel:

*Please take note that calories burned vary for every individual depending on multiple factors (e.g. age, body weight, heart rate, height, effort intensity, etc). Any slight variation in any of these factors can dramatically alter the amount of calories you burn. I calculate all of my calories using an Apple Watch 4 with the High Intensity Interval Training Workout application and I am 28 years old, 5’8”, and weigh 145lbs so you can use my few factors as well as my intensity level to gauge yourself.

I was sore and tired and really didn't want to work out today. I started this one, and I stopped a third of the way through and told myself it was okay to quit. But then, I thought about all the times other people quit on ME. And I said, "Give yourself what others could not." And I finished the workout. I started crying when I got to your speech during the cooldown. You're such a gift, Sydney. Thanks in part to you, I am in the best shape of my life, and not only am I physically healthier and stronger, I am getting mentally stronger, too. ♡♡♡

This is a great no equipment, no repeats workout. A good one to have when you're on the go.

Two years ago, i crushed this workout, i was on better form than today. I've lost so much energy since this day, it's terriffying OO'. But no matter what, i will fight and work again with you as long as it necessary to succed and get back to where i left working out with you. Wish me luck, i'm starting over <3. Thank's for sharing

Sydney love the workout as usual but I'm one of those who prefers three or four rounds of an exercise. It really helps with more fat burn and building muscle tone. Anyway you can't please everyone I will just combine this with another of your workouts. Love ya girl!! You're getting married in a month and you're still here motivating us encouraging and inspiring us. You are such a generous genuine soul my friend.

LOVE this workout so much!! I am a huge fan of no repeat workouts as I get bored super easy and I've been working out for a while now that boredom sets in quickly I would love a full body 60 minute no repeat, would be amazing! You rock, girl! ❤
