I made it through the whole thing, amazing workout! Very exhausting. I am 164cm (5'4) and about 59 kg (130lbs) and hit 280 kcal. HR (BPM) was between 130 and up to 177. Good work!

This was a good one! Swapped the last move out for jumping lunges and hit 280 cals. HR av 140 but got up to 172 which I love to see! Nice and sweaty but enjoyable - very doable

Enjoyed it through and through, intially I thought there isn't much cardio the moves seem simple but towards the end of the workout I am sweating profusely and my heart rate has picked up significantly, Thank You for this NoBadAddiction!
