I use apple sider vinegar for taste but it does help with cholesterol. I was type two diabetic. I enjoy the vinegar and water to boil my vegetables in. If you get tired if eating the same old same tastes this will bring flavor to your vegetables. Try also cabbage and carrots with a bit of plain yogurt and apple sider vinegar. Tastes wonderful.

I started using apple cider in my tea over a year ago and I have lost weight and my cholesterol has been very good. At first my doc was wondering the sudden change in my cholesterol and I told him about the apple cider.

I am taking since five six days . My routine was playing table tennis for 2:hrs daily. But I was on bed due to cough and sneezing . My diet was same or may be more. But my diabetes level, came down. I am taking it after dinner or when I missed in morning before lunch or after breakfast. But it has helped..so recommend..go get it

I love apple cider vinegar and have no problem drinking it with a bit of water, but I prefer my salads with no dressing. (I like to taste the vegetables). My primary problem is remembering to drink the vinegar. Your suggestion to add lemon or lime juice may help because I already drink a lot of citrus juice/water mixtures, so in my case I'll be adding the vinegar to the lemon/lime juice and water. (I have a lot of lemons and limes from my garden and since key lime pie and other traditional uses are out of the questions now, I add the juice to water and drink that in place of some of my tea.)

In another video with another Dr. She was saying for people with gastritis, ulcers, etc. They should take the ACV with a glass of water and honey. My mom did it and it didn't bother her gastritis

I can only do 1/2 teaspoon in 12oz of water at a time. I also add a wedge of lemon.

ACV 2 tbsps with 12 oz of water. at bedtime. with a small snack and use a straw when drinking to avoid dental damage.

Hello Dr . I have been having a glass of water with 2 tbs of ACV every day in the morning, I lost 7cm my waist line and I feel good. Before lunch I get another glass of water with 2tbs of ACV . I use apple cider vinegar to make salad dressings, sauces, marinades for my meats and sometimes I drink with lemon, and ginger tea when I eat. More whole foods is key. Not processed foods. Thanks for what you do.
