Such respect for taking criticism as a learning opportunity.

2 tbs apple cider vinegar, 12-16 oz water, good to go! If people can drink vodka or gin, which are acquired tastes, you can get used to diluted apple cider vinegar.

I find adding 2 tea spoons full of Apple Cider Vinegar to a cup of green tea (hot) or any herbal tea quite delicious. It’s effect is similar to using lemon in your tea.

Use more water and a straw helps. I love the dog "peeking" in on you two!

I use a straw. It bypasses your teeth and you can stir the mixture as you drink. Be sure to rinse the straw thoroughly (if it’s reusable) so it doesn’t interfere with the taste of your other drinks.
Thank you for your helpful experiments! 😊

I put peach or pink grapefruit Perrier with stevia and I love it so much I always want more. I've been a diabetic for over ten years and I've been off all medications on my doctor's orders for around a month now.

It goes down great with a splash of tomato juice!! Actually very yummy and only about 1 carb in an oz of tomato juice.

Apple cider vinegar and MCT oil are what we put on our salads every single day. No specific amounts. We have vinegar and oil dispensers and we pour over our salads. I hope that works too!

I make mine like a slushy. I use my Ninja single serving blender tumbler, ice, water, TBS ACV, TBS lemon juice, cinnamon, stevia. Sip on it over the course of the morning. It tastes like an apple pie slushy. Yum since doing this concoction once a day for months no More heartburn and blood sugars are much more leveled off. I love it.

16 oz of hot water, 2 tbsp ACV, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp pink salt, 1/2 tsp ginger. This is my Fall/Winter "tea". I can sip on it for a few hours. It keeps me happy until my first meal :)

For a treat I do 6 - 8 red rasberries...add two tablespoons of ACV...two tablespoons of lemon juice...12ozs of coconut water and a little stevia....a quick spin in the magic bullet... mmm mmm Good

My recipe: 1 tablespoon ACV, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, roughly a 1/4 cup Diet Ocean Spray Cran-Cherry and a dash of Celtic sea salt. This all goes into a ~16 oz beer glass. Then I top it off with distilled water. So it's a large drink that I drink over about an hour. Typically I have one mid morning and another mid-afternoon.

I have been using acv for a while now, over a year. I mix roughly 2 tablespoons of acv with a 1/4 cup of lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Then I down it. I do this in the morning when I wake and before bed. I guess I just got accustomed to the taste. The number one thing this does for me is it controls heart burn (i got often) and helps control kidney stones (i got often). There are many benefits to this and I am happy to see you guys promoting ACV.

That was fun to watch :) I tend to add quite a bit more water and make it a 'long drink' with lemon juice and stevia -my taste buds have adjusted to it and I enjoy it now. I've also been swopping ACV out with Coconut Vinegar a much milder 'vinegary' taste. I've read online that it has more benefits that ACV, but not sure if there's much science to back that up.
