If the main stream media says it’s no good, it’s probably fantastic!

I was not looking to use apple cider vinegar as a way to lower my blood pressure, but after taking it, the swelling in my joints went down and I just happen to check my blood pressure and it was down as well. Praise God from whom all blessings flow.

It’s amazing how you need overwhelming amounts of evidence to prove something but absolutely none at all to debunk it

Having spent 10 minutes reading subjective experiences regarding apple cider vinegar I’ve decided it’s been research just enough for me to begin trials of my own.

"it's not the magical elixir"

No shit lady, it takes time like your medicine but it costs me $4 and only side effect is it might not taste great. What a reach 👀

How is this ‘debunking’? They basically said there is not enough testing done to prove; that is not debunking

Well I take one table spoon ACV with one cup of water for a month and I know for a fact it helped me with weight loss, acid reflux, digestion, bloating. Doctors did not help me with any of my issues. They kept giving me medications that did not help me at all. Thanks media 🙂

ACV is eventually healing my GERD, few months ago I had difficulty in burping and breathing, so I continue taking Bragg's ACV twice a day - one tsp in a glass of water morning and one tsp in the evening, sometimes once a day if no time to do it. It also cleanses my liver that heals my fatty liver. I thank God for this 🙏

My great aunt swore by apple cider vinegar (not to mention she died in 1999 @ the age of 98)

If they took this much time to put a story together to come up with there's lack of evidence that means it's magical.

Only nutritionist and doctors will say no to everything, but I’m pretty sure most of us agree when things do work and are proven, we all have to support and listen to one another instead of the doctors.
