Back in 1976 me and my mom started the Atkinson diet and also found apple cider vinegar. We drank it one Table spoon in 1/2 cup of water after each meal and the weight fell off fast !

Dude, excellent info. I have watched you and Dr. Sten Eckberg for about a year now and just broke past my first 100 lbs lost (276 down from 384). I’m 33 and I feel amazing, but I’m looking for that next piece to add to my regimen of walking, HIIT, fasting, and low carb.

I watched this video this morning but didn’t catch how much ACV to use and when I came back it’s stapled to the thumbnail. Perfect!

This is my experience from ACV
My weight is 82kg i decided to buy ACV i drink 30mins before i eat my lunch because i always wake up late since i work at night. Then around 1pm i run with walk on a treadmill for only 30 mins. Then before i sleep i drink a Again. In 3 days from 82 now I'm 78kg

Forgot to say at night i only eat 2 boiled eggs, boiled sweet potato and banana.😊

I try to have a whole lemon with A.C.V. each morning. Thomas recommends organic lemons as non-organic may have a thin coat of wax.

I've been drinking about a T of Apple Cider Vinegar in a tall glass of water 1/2 hour before I eat. I am an OMAD or 2 meals/day gal. I've lost 20 pounds over 3 1/2 years and built lots of lean muscle. (Yoga, swimming, pushups, lunges, squats, ab work) and I think the vinegar keeps my blood sugar from spiking too high when I finally eat. I eat low carb, decent protein but I will splurge for an occasional birthday cake, glass of wine, a pasta dinner...but all after I eat my nutritious foods, always including lots of veggies. I love, love your content, Thomas! Thanks!
