I am 59 and trying to get stronger. I have osteoarthritis in my knees, (I can hear the bones rubbing against each other) and an extremely busy household that includes extended family so I need to be physically and mentally healthy to keep up. I appreciate the form reminders in your workouts because it makes me keep it safe! Thanks and God Bless you Rebecca-Louise! oh btw, you remind me of my fit daughter!!! She's beautiful too!
