I’ve had 5 knee surgeries in my life it they forced me to dramatically change how I moved my body. Recovery wasn’t easy, but here are the steps that I took to fix my knee pain and move better.

I'm a cyclist and gym enthusiast and started having knee pains after embarking on a quite hardcore program to increase my squat.
These past weeks I was having to take more rest to let my knees recover between sessions.
Knees felt tight, grindy and generally tired to the point I was considering pausing the program for a while despite the strength gains I made.

Those 3 exercises made my knees feel fantastic and moving smoothly again in minutes !

Love your videos! They’ve been so helpful, and your latest (pillow behind knee stretch) was a game changer. I am wondering if you do one on one consultations, since my knee is in pitiful shape. Like you, several surgeries, and want to avoid a replacement. In fact, I won’t. Ever. Thank you for these very helpful videos.

Can a knee with arthritis be rehabilitated? I sat on that knee all my life. I think most of the arthritis is near the meniscus. TY!

Oh, please Lord, let this work for me! I've lost range of motion in both knees. It's frustrating.
