10 MINUTE RIPPED ABS - 10 Minutes
Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest one after the other for 1 round. Total workout = 10 minutes
1. Lying Abs Hip Raise Circles Clockwise
2. Lying Abs Hip Raise Circles Counterclockwise
3. Russian Twists to Abs In and Outs
4. Slow Bicycles to Leg Raises
5. Plank Step Outs to Plank Hip Raises
6. V-Ups to Alternating V-Ups
7. High Plank Shoulder Touch to Hand Touches
8. Lying Oblique Crunch Left
9. Lying Oblique Crunch Right
10. Dead Bugs
