Do you want to have a big chest that stands out whether you are wearing a shirt or not? Stick around for the whole video as I show you how to build the perfect chest with these 4 exercises. Chest is one of those muscle groups that stand out to people. When you have a full chest, people will notice. Now, talking about building your chest, I am talking about uppe, inner, and outer, all of it! Let’s help you get a bigger chest by starting with these 4 exercises.
Exercise #1: CHEST PLATE SQUEEZE. If you are working out at home and you do not have any plates, just squeeze your hands together as hard as you possibly can. Keep tension on your chest throughout the whole range of motion. Also focus on keeping your chest out and your shoulders back. You don’t want to emphasize your shoulders over your chest. Do 3 sets of 12-15 reps for this exercise.
Exercise #2: INCLINE FLY TO SQUEEZE PRESS. You are going to do a complete fly to get the full stretch then make sure the dumbbells are touching at the top. Now, squeeze the dumbbell together as hard as possible, and that will keep a lot of tension on your pecs. From there, do a chest press keeping the dumbbells together for the whole pressing movement. For this exercise, do 3 sets of 8-10 reps. This exercise is 2 movements in 1, so you are really going to feel it.
Exercise #3: DUMBBELL TRICON BENCH PRESS. Tricon sets are 9 total reps. The first 3 reps are explosive reps, the second 3 reps are 10 second isometric holds, and the last 3 reps are 4 second super slow reps.
Exercise #4: 100 PUSHUPS. You don’t have to do 100 straight pushups, but if you can after this workout then you are a beast! Do as many as you can without stopping, and if you have to go to knee push ups that is okay. I just want you to finish this workout by completing 100 push ups.
Try to do these exercises a couple times a week, if your goal is to build a bigger all around chest. You are able to do these exercises at home, you may just need to improvise if you don’t have all the equipment.
