Do you want to have a big chest that stands out whether you are wearing a shirt or not? Stick around for the whole video as I show you how to build the perfect chest with these 4 exercises. Chest is one of those muscle groups that stand out to people. When you have a full chest, people will notice. Now, talking about building your chest, I am talking about uppe, inner, and outer, all of it! Let’s help you get a bigger chest by starting with these 4 exercises.

Exercise #1: CHEST PLATE SQUEEZE. If you are working out at home and you do not have any plates, just squeeze your hands together as hard as you possibly can. Keep tension on your chest throughout the whole range of motion. Also focus on keeping your chest out and your shoulders back. You don’t want to emphasize your shoulders over your chest. Do 3 sets of 12-15 reps for this exercise.

Exercise #2: INCLINE FLY TO SQUEEZE PRESS. You are going to do a complete fly to get the full stretch then make sure the dumbbells are touching at the top. Now, squeeze the dumbbell together as hard as possible, and that will keep a lot of tension on your pecs. From there, do a chest press keeping the dumbbells together for the whole pressing movement. For this exercise, do 3 sets of 8-10 reps. This exercise is 2 movements in 1, so you are really going to feel it.

Exercise #3: DUMBBELL TRICON BENCH PRESS. Tricon sets are 9 total reps. The first 3 reps are explosive reps, the second 3 reps are 10 second isometric holds, and the last 3 reps are 4 second super slow reps.

Exercise #4: 100 PUSHUPS. You don’t have to do 100 straight pushups, but if you can after this workout then you are a beast! Do as many as you can without stopping, and if you have to go to knee push ups that is okay. I just want you to finish this workout by completing 100 push ups.

Try to do these exercises a couple times a week, if your goal is to build a bigger all around chest. You are able to do these exercises at home, you may just need to improvise if you don’t have all the equipment.

This workout only has 4 exercises and it's going to be the PERFECT workout to build your chest... I use a couple of intensity techniques (one that I created myself)... and pair it with a range of movements that target different areas of the chest for a complete workout... Give it a shot on your next chest workout!

I’m surprised this channel doesn’t have much more subscribers. What I like about it is the lack of fancy previously unheard of exercises that require complex gym equipment. I’ve never worked out at a gym and use only dumbbells, a stationary bike and bench. The only time I don’t exercise has been when recovering from an injury. Before encountering this channel over a year ago I had learnt THE HARD WAY THROUGH EXPERIENCE 😀 a lot of the advice given here for us older guys. I’m 56 now and had always felt like a 20 year old until I hit 45. Great video. You guys are really putting out quality stuff.

Gary, I've incorporated your chest exercises without a brnch and I'm loving the pump! But now, I'm going to include this bench version as well. I'm over 70 and I need the muscle pump to fill the saggy skin that comes from age-related muscle loss and the loss of moobs, due to Testogreens effectiveness . Im loving it!!

My son is 47 and I am trying to keep up. I am 70 and I like this one it's a good burn. I do my 100 push 20x5 at the beginning for a worm up.

Thank you so much for sharing the simplicity of this amazing chest workout. It is encouraging to feel like it’s not too late for me to build muscle at my age.
