Disclaimer: I did not achieve this physique by doing these exercises alone. This video is just a demo for those who want to activate/strengthen their Chest at home without gym equipment.
Are these exercises still useful? For beginners, absolutely yes! However, speaking about Muscle Hypertrophy, imo it is still no where close to training with real weights.

guys I'm back after 2 months of doing this exercise and my chest actually grew a lot bigger and it's in better shape
i can't express my words to this man i thought it won't be much of use but now my friends ask me do you go to gym literally everyone around me can see the difference

Jordan, I have been easing into some of your recommendation. They are somewhat difficult, but are achievable. I am in the process of changing my diet. I am deleting beer, potato chips, pop, pineapple upside down cake with home made whipping cream, little things like that. I watched your diet video and hung my head in shame. I'm not in too bad of shape and workout three days per week for eighty minutes. I have worked out off and on for fifty years. Sometime more off than on. I joined a local, gym two years ago, and have been working out regularly. I have integrated some of your concepts and feel as though I am improving. My two main areas of concern are my upper chest and stomach. I hope to see more improvement by my eighty-fifth birthday, this July. Thanks for all your mentoring and encouragement. Keep up the great work.

Great education! I am already doing something similar, will try to improve my little workout at home for sure. Btw I always thought I was eating enough and was disappointed because my weight stagnated. Then I got my first diet plan created on Next Level Diet. I realised that my previous food intake was way below my needs, although I thought I'm good. At the beginning it was hard to eat 2750kcal in a day, but I got used to it. I started noticing real gains and it felt amazing. I wish I'd understood the importance of diet earlier...

Complete Chest Workout

0:15 Push Up 20 reps
1:00 Chest Flys 10 reps with each arm
2:07 Decline Push Up 20 reps
2:48 Reverse Grip Push Up 20 reps
3:55 Underhand Front Raise 10 reps with each arm

Do 4 rounds if you can!
