I do a mix of heavy bench press (for me heavy might not be all that heavy. Like 85-90lbs) for 8-12 and then weighted decline and flat pushups (20-30lbs), finally finishing off with bodyweight dips. It freakin burns and I hope with progressive overload one day I look jacked like you

all the variations of push ups targets your chest and tricep and if your kinda weak you can feel your abs is helping you workout on push ups so it targets 3 different muscles
