This is around 1500 calories. But it's true that it will help you to loose weight. Besides this food plan you've to exercise for 20 min - 30 min per day. I've lost 7 kg in 2 months.

Morning drink-- chia seed water
Breakfast -- 2 banana
Lunch-- 1 roti with normal sabji
Snacks--green tea with oats

Depends on your height too. Im 5ft 800 calories high in protein.. no carbs and zero sugar.

I'm seeing people in the comments talking about dieting, which can be really bad if you're not following the right approach! If you're aiming for fat loss, remember that dieting, which most people think means eating less food, can actually make you lose muscle instead of fat. This is why, once you go off your diet, you might gain more weight. (I've written this based on research and personal experiences.) P.S. I'm not saying dieting isn't crucial for fat loss—it is!

DIETING
Dieting means "restricting oneself to small amounts or special kinds of food in order to lose weight." This does not mean starving yourself, but rather limiting certain food items, like white carbs, for example. I've written more on this below, but first...

DO NOT LIMIT YOUR FOOD INTAKE TOO MUCH!!!
Not all calories are the same. Let's say an apple and a Snickers bar both have 100 calories. Although they're the same in terms of calorie count, they have different effects on your body. The Snickers bar will increase insulin levels, which can make it very difficult for fat loss. Instead of starving yourself, focus on changing the types of food you're eating. Like in the example I gave, find better food alternatives that carry the same amount of calories but offer more nutritional benefits.

DIET OR FASTING: WHICH IS THE BETTER OPTION?
Both fasting and dieting can be effective fat loss methods, but it's important to find what works best for you. Not everyone knows how to follow a healthy diet, and many don't realize that you need to pay attention to the type of food you eat while fasting. Whether you choose to diet or fast, it's crucial to discuss your plans with a doctor and do thorough research. Be kind to yourself in the process.

Fasting and dieting are similar in that they both involve controlling what you eat. Fasting typically means eating within a specific time window and keeping track of the types of food you consume (and sometimes counting calories). Both methods (when done correctly and not by starving yourself) have benefits. They can help reduce bloating, make you feel satisfied and comfortable, and lead to significant changes in your appearance. Just make sure you're consuming a normal amount of calories.

DIETS (again)
Dieting is important in your fat loss journey, but remember not to starve yourself. The amount of calories you should be taking in depends on your age, health, and other factors. Diets should be researched and discussed with an actual doctor, not just someone online. (Even though I'm technically someone online, I'm just sharing info that most people don't know or might miss out on! <3)

Light activity after eating can help with digestion and manage blood sugar levels. :)

800 calories, noooo way, u guys are killing ur self by listening to a stranger diet, calculates ur own TDEE and minus 10% - 20% percent, done, now u guys are in a calorie deficit

10 kg in 10 days which needs a 77, 000 calorie deficit for 10 days. 7700 calorie deficit each day approx calorie deficit by eating 800 calories would be around 1000-1200 calories, and the other 6500 calories you can burn by 16 hours of walking or 11 hrs of jogging or 15 hrs of swimming.
And additional damage will be done as your lower metabolism and huge amount of muscle loss.
Why are people uploading this type of wrong information which can lead to major disorder and giving false hopes just for views

Breakfast: 1/2 cup oats, 1tbsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2tbsp cinnamon, 1 cup water
Morning Snack: 1 Apple
Lunch: Soya salad
Evening snack - skim tea with no sugar or milk, no finner
