I Intermittent Fast too. I just intuitively started doing it and noticed my stomach/mind/body felt so much better after doing so. Your cells recharge during that time.

My mother used to eat leftover rice with curd in the mrng so that she could save time, get some energy, and no food waste. She used to wake at 4 am. And worked all day😢 She is thin and fit❤

My eating window starts at 12 pm and ends at 8 pm and I eat whatever I cook for my family 😊
