✨THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Full Body Strength (Zero30 Day 1)✨

► EQUIPMENT: None!

► INSTRUCTIONS:
✔️ 3 Circuits (each circuit contains an upper body exercise, a lower body exercise, a combo exercise and a core exercise)
✔️ Timed Intervals (40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest)
✔️ Repeat Each Circuit x2 Sets
✔️ Includes Mobility Warm-Up and Cool Down Stretching

►Workout Outline:
1️⃣ CIRCUIT ONE
1) Push Ups
2) Runner Lunge
3) Push Up and Runner Lunge
4) Side Plank and Reach

2️⃣ CIRCUIT TWO
1) Plank and Row to Side Plank
2) Sumo Squat and Calf Raise
3) Rapid Sumo Squat and Back Fly
4) Hollow Rock Knee Hugs

3️⃣ CIRCUIT THREE
1) Reverse Table Top Tricep Dips
2) Single Leg Glute Bridge and Leg Lower
3) Two Tricep Push Ups and Walk In to Bodyweight Squat Hold
4) Squat and Knee to Elbow Crunch

My son and I did this outside on the grass in the shade this morning :) we did a jog beforehand and this was a nice change of pace! Enjoyed the exercises while enjoying fresh air! Thank you for bringing so many varied workouts that are fitting for all different situations and days! Yesterday I was short on time so I did one of your 15 min strength workouts, and was so grateful for that too!

This is going to be a great series. Perfect timing as we head across country from NY to CA and back over 5 weeks with our 2 teens next week. I'll have this on repeat along with some walks and runs. Excited for this series! I have loved repeating workouts from the HIITstrong and splitstrong series. You've helped me discover I love strength training with weights! But I also love bodyweight workouts as they help me make sure I'm moving intentionally and really thinking about that mind to muscle connection. Thank you for all that you do!!! Doing these workouts makes me feel strong for the first time in my life!
