I like to really emphasise the external rotation at the top, and the internal rotation at the bottom. Great exercise which, btw, I’be been doing thanks to your videos

Rear delt marker is in side delt or pars acromialis, teres major marker is in actual rear delt or pars spinalis

The Y and T exercise is absolute pain. The Y part is this, and man does it not test your strength. Really humbled me on how far down I can go.

I like reverse Rows on TRX (street workout) with neutral grip, elbow fairly close to body, I get good sensations in the upper back and back shoulders

That’s no lie… When I do face pulls, whether with my O-rings or TRX, I feel it in my shoulders and back the next day. Great suspension exercise!

I do kneeling (one-knee on the floor) face pulls with cable machines. Agreed that emphasizing strict form is the key, particularly external rotation.
