With 16:8 I had better success, but with my current job, 14:10 is the best I can do. Thank you for the encouragement!

Have started 14:10. I am only eating breakfast at 8:30 am and dinner between 5 and 6 pm. Skip lunch and absolutely no snacks. It is working great. Love your videos.

I find 16:8 easy as well as one meal per day as magical. Because of my schedule I don’t cut off my 8:00pm that has been the best for me. It takes awareness of oneself to understand their relationship with food.

This advice may be helpful for people who are starting maintenance but people who are struggling with weight & who may be binge eaters!! should be careful and remember there over weight and eating got them there

Like most people 14-10 is the best I can do, I eat small breakfast in 6:30, small lunch at work than dinner at 16:30
During weekends I sleep longer have late breakfast and have bigger lunch and skip dinner

Hi! Great, informative video! I started 14:10 today. Like others have said, it is the most practical and sustainable option for my schedule. Although it seems 'easy' it will definitely take discipline. I don't think many of us realize that we are constantly consuming calories from waking until bed, especially with beverages and mindless snacking. I'll also be calorie counting...I have about 30 lbs to lose and I need to make sure I'm not eating too much vs what I'm buring with exercise. Thanks for sharing!

I eat breakfast at 6 am and dinner at 6 pm. I might do a green juice in the afternoon if I need it but I find lunch the easiest to skip.

I like the 18:6 to keep myself health and skip breakfast. It does work for me. It is not only easy to follow but effective. Also it is enjoyable. Everyone has different suitable ways to loss weight and keep energy. We need to try different strategies and find the best one.

Am doing a 14-10, i have my fast meal at 4:02pm second meal at 9:30 and stop, if anything else will be water, tea or juice then chill waiting to turn on my app.
Also my first begin at 2:00pm.

I started using 14:10 fasting if you drink coffe whit milk you break your fasting? I love coffe in the morning after 9 i started to be hungry usually my breakfast is porridge whit some nuts and blueberry
