As we prepare for our daughter's brain surgery on Friday (first time typing that - ouch!), I am going to release the worry about it, as it will not serve us. I am saving this practice, so I can do this over and over again - totally felt the energy shift from beginning to end. Hope everyone got their Zoolander on today and knocked loud on heaven's door! Thankful for you all!

My dear mum died yesterday and after a day full of grieving alongside my family I felt compelled to stick to my YWA routine. I sobbed my heart out while doing it and felt so grateful that Day 8 was named Relax and allowed myself to surrender to it. After another day of grieving but with more smiles and laughter today I feel such strength and peace from today's Release. Much Love to all on this journey whatever we are going through xx Thank you Adriene. xx

It was so hard for me to come to the mat today. I had an emotional night last night with a panic attack, but I did the practice anyway and I'm glad I did. I thought my body wouldn't be capable of some of those poses, but I surprised myself. I'm thankful for this practice today.

Hey to all my queens who feel like they're "behind" -- I see you! I'm so happily here and practicing with you, too! This is our moment for Day 9, and I hope it's wonderful for you <3

I come to this practice after saying a tearful goodbye to my fiance, who will be studying in his home country for a few months. I promised him I would take care of myself, so I chose to embrace my lovely practice with Adriene and flow through the feelings <3 I am grateful I will have this yoga practice to foster my strength, peace, and presence through this challenging time.

If you get to my comment, then let it be a reminder to always work at your own pace. Last year was my first 30 day challenge which I planned to complete in 30 days but life got in the way and I did it in about 80 days. But I DID finish and that’s a lot more yoga than I did all of the rest of the year. This year, knowing myself, I challenged myself to do this in 60 days: one session every other day. I started a little late but I’ve kept up with my commitment even though I’m pregnant and doing this with modifications. Set realistic goals for yourself and see yourself succeed! 🚀

I was not in a very good mood coming to the mat today but the Zoolander reference brightened my mood. Thank you as always Adriene! And to all of us who keep showing up, let's do our best! We got this ✨

Can we do ONE WHOLE DAY of 'knocking on heaven's door' hahaha! Heyyy Adriene and my fellow practitioners. Day 9 done yayyy!!! My airplane hands were weirdly funny. I was getting a cramp in my left arm while doing it XD

I unfortunately got Covid on 2 January - my fourth infection. I've still been tuning in every day, even though all I do is breathing exercises and some floor work (cat-cows feel so nice on my back after being in bed all day). Then I just watch Adriene and Benji and read all the lovely comments. I join in when we say 'I feel strong' to send my struggling body some positive healing vibes. It's not what I imagined for this month, but I really appreciate having something to look forward to every night and staying in touch with people around the world when I'm isolated at home. Thank you Adriene, and everyone in this community 😊💛

This was tough for me - I'm 66 and have chronic fatigue syndrome and some of my poses are very dodgy! But proud of myself for showing up each day and very grateful!

Good morning dear community! I'm still here doing the live sessions every day, even with two kids around 🙂 Being part of this community feels great. Thank you Adriene for creating this space and the wonderful practice. For me this is the perfect way to start into the day and also creating better habits. I release the idea that I'm one day behind. I'm exactly where I need to be. I like to practice first thing in the morning but due to an early work meeting, I had to practice in the afternoon. It's a good reminder for me to be flexible when things don't go according to plan, that's okay, release expectations or attachment, and pick it back up when you can. See y'all on the mat tomorrow!

OMG, instant classic! What joy you bring to the world Adriene. For those of us who have practiced before, who was waiting for the words ‘zoolander moment’! You didn’t disappoint. And who could not be cheered by the wonderful‘knocking on heaven’s door’. Although I was feeling a little sorry for myself at the outset, by the time we got to this part I had a wide grin on my face. Relishing this moment, this gift of practice and this community. Thank you Adriene. Thank you Yoga with Adriene community. Namaste 🙏🏽
