Relax with this 15 minute late afternoon or evening flexibility flow.

Welcome to Day 9 of the Evening Yoga Movement! Tonight's practice is a 15 minute slow flow stretch to help you wind down and deeply stretch your body. I would recommend having two blocks for this practice as it will make some of the poses more accessible.

This is a great class to increase flexibility especially in hips, hamstrings and quads. We'll explore poses like archer arms, pyramid pose, child's pose and half saddle.

*Day 9 is a stretchy one! You'll need some props for this class but if you don't own blocks, try substituting with large books or very dense cushions or pillows. You can do this one in the late afternoon or evening. Enjoy :)*

When I get stressed or I start to panic I notice now that when I want to calm down I repeat some of the affirmations and take deep breaths, it actually really helps before I would just focus on breathing but repeating the words again and again help more

#GoodEvening, yogis.
It's 2am and I just finished this. I'm really exhausted and it makes me wanna pounced my bed. But I knew I shouldn't skip tonight's yoga. Thankful that I didn't coz it really helps me relaxed. Now Im more ready to sleep.
