This is the 4-5-6 (or 4-7-8 if you want to lengthen the exercise) Breathing Exercise. This can be beneficial if you're experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma symptoms or are overwhelmed. It allows us to slow down physically, mentally and emotionally, tuning our body into the Parasympathetic Nervous system (Our natural calming system). Enjoy!
