I drink 1 litre of water every day before going to bed. I go to WC in the morning after I wake up and I feel good. And I found out due to this practice that I don't have problems while waking up, I feel rested and I'm not tired in the morning.

That makes a lot of sense! I didn’t realize drinking water shortly before bedtime was the reason I keep waking up to go to the bathroom, tho in hindsight it seems obvious 😅

I mean if I drink some water even little sips of water and then going to bed, then i will wake up PUFFY and BLOATED, like it just floads my face bro idk.

I’ve found that I sleep better and wake up feeling more rested when I drink 1 or 2 glasses of water before going to bed

That’s why people wake up so dehydrated and thirsty in the middle of the night and morning. I listen to my body, if it’s thirsty, I drink, who cares if I get up to go to the toilet.
