I just wanted to add one comment on your video..! During the night time, our body need good quantity of water to digest all the food which we had in our dinner..and interestingly most of the heart attack occurred between midnight to early morning because of the less quantity of water which we our heart need during sleep time.

This topic, I need the most to be clarified, as there are ambivalent advices on it , which can't be trusted at once .
But in your video give a satisfactory solution to my confusion with relevant information and now no other source for the confirmation of driving water before bed is needed to me .

Madam,
Another big reason that after sunset one should stop drinking water or any type of liquid.
The reason is that our KIDNEY gets more pressure of work as our skin stops perspiring in the evening when it is cool . As our eyes need rest and other body systems too . So as our kidney .
6am to 6pm.
(12 hours) time for kidney to work well under the sunlight.
One can sip water to quench the thirst as your advice. 💐✅👍🏿🙋🏽‍♂️🤗🙏🏾

The problem is not water ..the problem is when you drink high from bottle it doesn't get absorbed well ...so you must drink water by pouring it in glass or vessel will keep you hydrated ...drink half cup of water in a cup daily before bed ..it will give you good sleep 🙏
