Thank you doctor, once again a useful content in humours way😅 It's even important for the kids to drink sufficient amount of water because they also get dehydrated . we give them a 1 litre water bottle to school and we don't know whether they refill the bottles and drink and few of them don't even drink that 1 litre. It's the responsibility of the parents to keep an eye on it.

So I sleep for 8 hours and in the remaining 16 hrs of my wakefulness i try to drink 3-3.5 litres ( water+ other fluids like tea/coffee).. which is roughly 12-14 glasses of water. So yes drink a glass of water every hour that's the best way to stay hydrated

Best way is put a big giggling photo of u in front of all restaurant , dining g halls every where . Half the people wl run away without eating and saved food can be given to needy

Drinking water which at room temperature or refrigerated water or warm water makes any difference? Are there any side effects of drinking refrigerated water?
Some of my friends drink carbonated water all the time. Is it okay for long term to drink carbonated water? And why?

The more precise way is the colour of the urine, the darker the colour the more dehydrated you are.

As told to me by a doctor: the feeling of hunger is the first sign of thirst - by the time you feel thirsty, you're dehydrated.
you need to drink half your bodyweight in ounce
in water daily - ie: 120lbs = 60oz water. That's
about 7.5 cups - a cup being 8oz as a standard measure. Honestly "but the size of the cups"?! of course you always need to make sure you are not drinking too much - and make sure you keep up with electrolytes.
