I made it a priority to change my diet and drink more water...I haven't done hardly any exercise, I'm getting there but in terrible shape and truth be told I'm procrastinating...but the diet and water alone, I have much energy, I sleep soundly, and I've lost like 10 pounds in 6 weeks...just by doing those two things crazy

Water is very important. Fresh fruits and vegetables are really important. I used to eat a big salad every day and I'd have a few pieces of fruit. I started living on pizza and cinnamon rolls and I got really sick. A lot of poor people grew up sick. My mom always made a salad with dinner!

I recently had a joint spraint injury in my finger about 2 months ago and it's still not healed & recently pulled a muscle in my shoulder, before all this I wouldn't usually drink water, I don't actually remember the last time I drank clean water properly, I get my water from drinking other products such as coca cola which contains water, all this time and my injuries have not healed, I know all the benefits after seeing this and many more of drinking water, so I am going to challenge myself, I will be drinking 1 gallon of water a day for the next 2 weeks, I will probably be pissing my pants but that's part of it right? I want my injuries to heal faster, I want my body to feel better, I want my body to become less fragile and enjoy the sports that I play, I will come back after the 2 weeks and comment of it if it was worth it, see you till then if you read this.

Hey Shane love the channel, I wanted to ask how could I gain more stamina for my wrestling matches, I’ve been training and drinking a lot of water but I didn’t seem to have a lot of stamina at my meet today. Keep up the great vids and again love the channel!
