this is exactly the video ive been needing! ab workouts are always either too easy or too hard (meaning they use crazy ways of flexing that I literally cannot do). this is like a hard workout of easy exercises. I love it

Hey Ryan. I just watched 2 videos ripping on your diet advice and training methods. They were those 2 jackoffs Greg Doucette and Sean the science guy. I explained that at 59 years of age I have learned more from you and have got growin more than I did from age 25 to 40 when I quit training. I said the best thing with your videos is you spend zero time giving a fuck about what others are doing and ripping on other content makers. It seems to me is that is all those other 2 vidiots do. I just want to thank you for all that you do to help folks reach goals they didn’t think were possible !

Nice- The program I made does abs twice a week and I do hanging leg raises, hanging crunches, then plank to failure. Looks like I’m on the right track.

I am not a big fan of Ryan Humiston's work outs, but I'm still subscribed and watches most of his vids. The guy's the funniest in the whole youtube fitness industry.
