Before you start this workout with the intention of changing the way your lower abs look, I want you to send some love to the lower part of your stomach. That area is one of the body parts we are always most critical of, and it doesn't need that negativity!!! Let's just focus on getting stronger together, okay? Okay!!

These three lower ab targeting Pilates moves can all be done on your floor at home and don't require any equipment! You can use a yoga mat if you need extra cushioning. Ready?

I LOVE your 3 minute work outs. Its all the difference between me doing something and nothing at all. I remember doing your other 3 min lower abs challenge 2 years ago after my baby was born. Small things lend to positive changes and big mindset shifts. I remember shifting from feeling like a baby carrier to a multi-purpose power house. In 3 mins. I'm in better shape than I was on our wedding day. Two years later still doing these challenges. YOU ARE THE BEST CASSIE! Beautiful woman, beautiful soul.

I will be doing this workout for 30 days.
-no sugar
-no alcohol
-no bread
-7-8 glasses water a day

-really hard, lower abs were burning

Day two: done ✅

-still hard, no difference

Day 3: shit i forgot
Also forgor day 4 5 6 and 7

Day 1: again same
Day idk: its getting easier but still burning

Also, could you do a video for the full tab and stomach flattening workout, weight loss workout, pregnancy workout and post pregnancy workouts? That would be amazing if you would be able to do that.

This is the best ab workout I found for myself and I wanna thank you! It's such a great feeling to have sore abs the next day, because you know something is changing and you did something. I was honestly close to giving up because I'm so skinny and weak but got that belly pooch that I really don't want. Imma do this workout everyday now and hope for it to dissappear (my food-intake isn't bad - like i said, I'm super skinny) This workout is just perfect because it isn't too hard, just enough. Thank you!!

I have 46 kg and no waist. I don't see my abdominal muscles although I train a lot my abs... I have the feeling I have too much fat skin around my waist. And I don't consider myself fat.
