This is one of my favorite workouts
I really like the short videos (3 min, 5 min, 6 min), because I do them when I'm not in the mood to do more or when I don't have the time to do more.
But when I start one of these videos, I ussually end up doing more than one.

I'm 14 and people say oh I'm too young to be doing workouts everyday but I'm model weight for my age (a bit lighter) but I am working on getting muscle and toned etc as I don't have enough of it and cas is the only reason I'm doing well at achieving my goal! And yes I'm a teen model and hoping to continue a career out of it but even if I don't make it I will still do these workouts for me and I only do them for me now like its fun and makes me happy (major clinical depression and high anxiety) but casey always makes me smile she is my ULTIMATE role model and I love her and hopes she can read this!!! Ily cas xxx

When Casey says "Peel your back off the mat" I know I'm doing it cause I can hear the matt literally peeling off my back cause I'm sweating like a pig from today's work out

This is the best ab workout that I've ever done! Even though I couldn't get through the whole thing, it was the first workout that gave me a goal to work hard for instead of getting discouraged and giving up. Thank you for this!
