1 Abdominal massage in a circular motion following path of colon (Lower right, up the right side, across the top to the left, down the left side, across the lower belly; continue)
2 Then massage armpits (lymph nodes there, both sides)
3 Leg twists on each side
4 Stomach taps
5 Relax with hands over the abdomen
6 Tap on sides of belly button
7 Bottom to top firm massage of lower abdomen
8 Thumbs into the lymphatic node areas of the groin and oress/massage
9 Rub both side lower abdoman
10 Drainage massage around mid-torso--draw in towards heart on both sides, continue on both hips
11 Light-touch massage in same circular pattern as used in step 1
12 Relax with hands on belly

I used to have really bad shoulder pain in my right shoulder. When I first started adding this video to my exercise routine, I could hardly use my right hand because it caused my right shoulder to hurt so much. But after doing the armpit massage on both sides for about a week it has almost completely removed my shoulder pain. I consider it a miracle almost. My shoulders don’t hurt anymore. And I sleep better because of this because I’m a side sleeper. It’s made a difference in how my whole body feels. Thanks Imi! ❤️

Not going to lie, I did this massage before sleeping and the next morning I *really* felt the effects on the toilet the next morning. I'm hoping it was actually the massage and not a fluke in the food I ate. 😅

I've never seen this yoga before, but it suits me so much . I had a total hysterectomy last January for cancer, I have put 12lbs on since then and also I use a cpap machine as I have sleep apnea I am not obese I just have sleep apnea . But I really really love these yoga and lymphatic drainage massage, my stomach looks and feels flatter . I also have type 2 diabetes and I am hoping this yoga etc will lower my A1c, thank Imi for the amazing and fantastic videos, you are appreciated so much .

Tried this last night and I feel so much better! I didn't notice a flatter stomach but things are moving. My energy is up and the brain fog is so much better 🎉
