I believe eggs are great for a diet, but it's also important to include other nutrients, such as greens and healthy fats. Additionally, incorporating walking or exercising at least three days a week is crucial for long-term health. Relying solely on an egg-based diet isn't sustainable; any weight lost this way is likely to be regained just as quickly. Slow always wins the race….

I started this diet yesterday and I will do it for 5 days!

Height: 173cm
SW: 73, 4kg
GW for this diet: 68kg

(UGW: 57kg)

Day 1: 73, 4kg - 3 eggs, broccoli soup & omelette
Day 2: 71, 3kg (I went to the toilet💀, but ofc it’s also bc I ate much less than usual) - I had the same foods as the day before
Day 3: 70, 9kg - porridge with an apple, omelette & 3 eggs
Day 4: 70, 3kg - 3 eggs, lentil-soup & omelette
Day 5: 69, 9kg - yoghurt with strawberries, lentil-soup & 3 eggs
The morning after (day 6): 69, 5kg

Honestly it was very hard to stick to this the first days, but somehow I managed, give it a try!! I’m very pleased with my results but it is obviously too little food for the human body. So I don’t recommend to eat this few calories for more than 5 days, you will feel very low on energy.

I lost 2kg in 7 days. I have stubborn perimenopausal symptoms and nothing else worked to shift the weight. Exercise seemed to make it worse. This is working! I would like to drop another 2kg to get to my goal 68.5kg. I will go up to 1200 or 1400 cals for a few days, then do this again for 5 days, when christmas starts!!!

Eating protein can make you lose weight quickly, that is a fact. I think she ate little else though.

Results: Alright I just weighed myself and I am 68.3kg, that is just 0.1kg more than yesterday so it's not a big deal, anyway the whole result till day 1 to now after 20 days is 2.2kg. Didn't work that well for me as the video says, even tho I did it for 20 days not 5. I start including more workout from now on until I lose those 8.3kg that I have left until my goal.
