Great video. Once you recognize the sound by visually watching the graphics. Then you can just listen and breath accordingly. I use this most mornings(sometimes switch with other meditation) and before big meetings or presentations. If you stick with the you will feel a difference but that is true with all meditation. Thanks.

Just a suggestion, could you make this same video but with black screen? Cause I fell asleep with the headphones on, I really enjoy this breathing exercise, I fell asleep with the headphones on a few times 😸

thank you for this helpful, calming video. I've only been able to do the breathing exercises for 10 minutes but I'm going to continue practicing until I can go at least a half an hour. the key is to relax and set aside your disagreeable mind.

I tried it today morning for 45 minutes because I couldn't do it for one hour and my opinion is that I am relaxed from continuous thoughts & breathing problems

Has anyone actually done this for 1hour! Your CO2 will be through the roof!! No wonder people are saying they feel like they're suffocating! Dr Weil who pioneered the 4-7-8 method recommends 4 rounds initially building up to 8 rounds after 6 weeks of training. Bless you for trying to help others my friend but you might want to revise the hour-long nature of the video...unless I'm missing something!?!?

It takes a while to get used to this. Square breathing (look up doctor Jo’s video or any other) is easier on newbies and effective

I can't keep my tongue in the same position when I breath out! You said to keep my tongue in the same position but it's hard to do it.
