Thank you for this upload, I did not believe it, but it actually DOES work, but I had to laugh in the beginning when you said seeing as this is an eyes closed exersise please do not attempt doing it while driving 🤣😂 i can not believe that you would actually get people that would do that 🤣

That was wonderful....I just have the most difficult time trying to relax my face and forehead! It's all my brain focuses on...will that eventually diminish the more I practice?
