This is a long soothing guided relaxation and breathing meditation to help you get the perfect nights sleep. The meditation starts with 25 minutes of guidance to encourage and help your whole body to fully unwind and relax - followed by 40 minutes of water sounds to help gently carry you to sleep.

I had a baby 3 months ago and in today's world my anxiety has sky rocketed, I'm coming back to this (one of the few things that let me sleep) because this is what I've learned to comfort

I listened last night and fell asleep pretty quick. Just had terrible arthritis knee pain. I woke up took ibuprofen and went back to bed I went immediately into rem sleep. I feel pretty well rested for a change. Thanks

This is changing my life right now. I’ve been reduced to nothing but anxiety this year. Thankful to find this and practice it. The anxiety just fades away after 20 minutes.

I came across your channel yesterday. I have the hardest time to fall asleep because my thoughts keep running wild sometimes and this helped so much. I immediately felt relaxed and calm, at first I wasn't going to go through the whole video since I was laying on my yoga mat before bedtime but then suddenly I was asleep. Haha I didn't think that would happen but it was a nice surprise. I am grateful to have found your channel. Thank you for making these videos!🙏🏼🌼
