Walking an hour a day helps to:

Finally, it's so refreshing to find a workout without annoying music, but just with the bare neccessities. I do appreciate that you did not put adverts in the middle of the workout, only on the breaks or beginning and end. Thank you so much!👏👏

This is AMAZING! I love catching up on podcasts when I work out and often times I just have to turn the sound off on the workout video and its hard to stay on track with the workout, LOVE LOVE LOVE these no sound beeps only workouts!!!
