your workouts help me so much. i’m on my period rn and i always have severe cramps, but i recently found out that moving my body kinda reduces them, so i really love these non exhausting and low impact workouts!!:)

Will you do another “Netflix walking workout 3” possibly?? These long simple movement walking ones are my favorites!

Rovena, this was such a fabulous workout. You've put so much thought into it. Thank you! Lots of great moves that I don't see in other walking workouts, plus really enjoyable music.

if you ever make any more of these, it would be cool if it were silent other than the beeps in between so we could unmute it and listen for when we need to switch movements. thanks for the workouts!

I drank more than 2 bottles of water but kept up the whole time! Played Pickleball beforehand, too! Not bad for being sedentary a couple of months ago! Thanks a ton!
