I am doing this exercise from last 3 weeks.... I have Indian normal food at morning and afternoon, night I have veg salad.... I totally avoided junk If I crave for something I just prepare something for myself.... In between if I feel hungry I just have dry fruits....and lots of water.... Now I have reduced 3 kgs in 3 weeks i.e from 75 to 72kg.... Am so happy .... Lots of love from India....

At first, thak you so much #YanaFit for this wonderful video. I started from today morning.I completed 4000 on my very first day. My weight is 72 Kg and according to the BMI it should be around 55 kg. I wish I can reach my goal.

The counter counts 100 Steps, I count 70 steps, at the end you probably just did 3500 steps and not 5000. To reach 10000 steps, you have to do the video trice.
